My experience with the Law Office of Mark Deniz was absolutely awesome!! I had been charged with a DUI and numerous other charges. To complicate my case even more, I have a commercial drivers license. As all commercial drivers know, all infractions are extremely hard to overcome. Not only did Mark get the charges reduced, he also had the fine reduced to half!! On top of that good news, I received the minimal penalty associated to my DUI. Mark and his staff were timely, their advice was spot on, and all related documents (including DMV) were handled in a timely manner and forwarded to me. I can't say enough about how professional Mark and Alyssa were in the handling of my case, especially with the DMV documents that were required for my employer. I highly recommend and trust Mark for anything legally!!!

Never got into trouble with the law or anything up until I got arrested for my first DUI. The whole process, the whole experience, was so embarrassing and traumatic. Everything was a first for me on that night. First time getting arrested, first time going to jail, first time spending time in jail, first time calling bail, first time all around basically. It is so easy to think that you are never going to get busted for a DUI but it can happen. After getting out of jail I had to look for a lawyer. I went online and a few names popped up but Mark's law firm had the most favorable rates and reviews. Everyone saying that Mark will do the best for you and always gives it to you straight. I shot him an email about my situation and he was able to get back to me explaining to me what mostly likely could happen and what possible outcomes can come out for me. I really appreciate his attitude and voice. He sounded very reassuring but at the same time he let me know not to expect any crazy to happen. Hope for the best and expect the worst basically. Mark took my case and during the course he always updated me on the situation and made sure that we were on the same page. In the end he was able to resolve my case with the best possible outcomes. I know that the punishments could have been much much worse. I told Mark that all I wanted to do is move on and put this event behind me. Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I'm in the military so Mark represented me while I was gone on deployment. Mark and his team were FANTASTIC! I was well taken care of. It is scary being in a DUO situation but Mark reassured me every step of the way. I had a double digit BAC of .1 and was to be charged with a DUI but Mark and his excellent team got the charge down and made sure I was able to take care of all of my classes and meetings close to home. AND he understands that it is a costly process. His fees are so doable. I am a student and was able to pay for him and he is a great lawyer. He is genuine and so are the rest of his team. I received the dreaded call at 3am that son had been arrested for a DUI... Needless to say I was overwhelmed. I live in a different state from my son and felt helpless to get him support.
