Mark has been so much help from the beginning and even after case got resolved he still checked up on me to see how I was doing a month or two after we had already been done. Great guy, extremely professional, and affordable. Mark saved my life. I was in a very bad situation where I was involved in an accident and got arrested for my first and only DUI. I was falsely charged with felony assault for arguing with a local merchant. The merchant said that I threatened to kill him which was grossly untrue. I reached Mr. Deniz on a Friday evening, and he answered his cell phone. I met with him the next morning in Escondido, a trip for him. By Monday, he called the local DA, he convinced the prosecutor not to file charges. In summary, Mr. Deniz made me feel that the situation was now under control and that he was ready to do battle for me for a good result. Mark Deniz is an amazing attorney! I got arrested for DUI a few months ago for the first time and he helped me understand all the situations very easily with very affordable price.
