After being hit by a car while riding my bicycle in S California, I was lucky to be referred to Richard by a mutual friend. After being treated in the ER and after driving back to my home in Idaho Richard talked me through all of the issues to be negotiated. Richard really handled all of them well and despite the driver being uninsured, he was able to work with my own insurance for an equitable settlement. All along the way in the process, Richard let me know important updates. I'm glad I was able to pass this process off to him, and would genuinely endorse him as a great attorney with great follow through.
