Ray really went the distance and helped me out after my car and I were hurt when a car ran a red light and upended my life. Big Play Ray!... Definitely a pure professional. Smooth ethical approach. Well informed while being very understanding, he had a logical answer to all questions coming from the 'queue'. I was referred thru a coworker. And thank goodness. After Miss Little Red Ligh...I mean, Riding Hood wanted our cars to play 'nosies' at a intersection, I needed help. I was in pain with no info on the party crasher. Then here comes Save-the-day Ray! Thru a long yet quick process, he kept me patient, up to date & allowed me to make the final decisions.
