Mark was a pleasure to work with. Everything went very smoothly. Anytime I had questions about how the legal system worked or questions regarding my case he always responded within 24 hours. Because of my other commitments & injuries, I wasn’t able to meet with him at the office very much so he made sure that I didn’t have to at all. We were able to effectively handle everything by meeting from my home & communicating through phone calls, emails & text messages. He also also has really good energy if you’re into that sort of thing lol. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone dealing with any type of auto injury case.

Mark is an amazing attorney! I got into a major car accident while very pregnant. A few days after the crash I had the other party’s insurance company bothering me to settle the claim only a day after I was released from the hospital. I contacted Mark to see if he could help me and immediately he assured me that he would be able to and asked about my health and the health of my unborn baby. A decade ago, Mr. Blane wrote and published the book "How to Effectively Document Your Patient's Personal Injury Case from A to Z." Handling a personal injury claim has changed---is always changing---but the fundamentals of claim valuation don't change. As Mr. Blane teaches us, all bodily injury (BI) claims start with the proper documentation of the injuries; then MMI is reached with a clear prognosis for each injury. The doctor documents the causal connections between the injuries and current and future disabilities - in the case of permanent injury, a whole person impairment rating is provided. Finally, reasonable future treatment is discussed. This is a book that provides the tools that are absolutely necessary to painting a complete picture of patients' injuries, clarifies how to medically prove those injuries, and teaches how to communicate those injuries to the attorneys, claim's adjusters, and to a jury. This is a book for doctors who wish to be the most sought after med-legal providers in their area. But, really, this book is for the injured client. Clients need good doctors doing great work and attorneys exercising the knowledge found in this rare book. If you are a chiropractor, or a medical specialist, who wishes to care for those that are injured or if you are an attorney who wishes to represent injured clients---this book is a must read. Mr. Blane has demonstrated why he is a leader in the personal injury legal field and why clients, doctors, and fellow attorneys seek his counsel.

Mark Blane is a fantastic attorney with the rare combination of being highly skilled, highly accessible and highly approachable. My experience as his client went exactly according to plan. I spoke to 2 attorneys prior and 1 wouldn’t take my case and the other says that the insurance that would be soon was difficult to deal w not showing any confidence I met with Mark at Starbucks bear my house for our consultation. He not only did not seem nervous about the insurance company that we would go against but he even told me his experience in dealing with them and even went as far as to say he know which specific attorneys we would be up against. Mark is a great human being as well was really just a huge bonus. I know plenty of attorneys and the majority are in love with themselves and very narcissistic. Mark was so friendly and had answers to all of my questions. My settlement was exactly where we thought it would be and he negotiates directly w the health insurance company to increase net settlement to his clients. I would hire Mark without out thinking about it for a second and I have sang his praise to everyone that I know who needs a good PI attorney.

After a bad accident on a california freeway., A driver was texting and not paying attention, he plowed into us as we were fully stopped in traffic. Both my wife and I sustained injuries that took every bit of 6 months to heal up from. When we contacted Mark, he immediately acted and put us at ease. Mark Blaine immediately organized the treatments and coordinated all of the communication with the doctors and the other insurance company. We were able to focus on our health rather than fighting with the insurance companies who were rude and pushing to settle immediately. The process was long but Mark made sure we got all of the medical care needed. He fought for us and in the end was successful in getting all of the medical requirements taken care of. Best of the best experience. Hopefully this never happens again. But if it does, I will definitely use the law offices of Mark Blaine.
