I found Shana here on Google and knew nothing about her. I had a couple of referrals who were not calling back. I called her on a Saturday and she answered and spent over an hour with me on the phone! I hired her for my divorce and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and with a lot of experience. I definitely recommend her to anyone. She's fair with her pricing and hiring her gave me the most tremendous peace of mind through an uncomfortable situation!! Call her!!!

I am a visually blind widower of a recently deceased military veteran. I called Mr. Spital and Associates on a total whim to get legal direction regarding a contingency fee agreement sent to me to sign in order to represent me in an insurance fraud case upon which I was defrauded out of lots of money. After reaching Sam he immediately took heed of the situation and advised me to do the proper research of the firm and any firm( including his )before hiring them. It turns out that Sam hit the ball out of the park! I paid another local firm a small fee in my state where I reside (not California) to read over the contract and just like I sensed and Sam knew without even seeing it that the contract was wrought with deception and worded/designed to basically rob us of all of the proceeds leaving me and my disabled child out of $1,000's of dollars. The contract also wanted me to pay all the attorneys costs/fees even before the case began and even if there was no recovery.Because I am blind and suffer with Multiple Sclerosis this would have further devastated an already dire situation. Sam never asked me to pay him for advice. He could of hung up the phone within the first 2 minutes but he never wavered. Sam did not owe me anything. Sam is a great attorney ,awesome humanitarian and definitely God sent to watch over those in need of real honest legal service. Nowadays you rarely find this kind of gentleman in the legal field or anywhere for that matter. In a world where greed runs rampant it was refreshing to find such a gem. For those of you who are old enough to know who Gregory Peck is (the late great actor) Sam has all of his great characteristics and attributes as a person. After 16 years of being a RN, I received an accusation from the Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) for the first time in my career. Unfortunately, I did not seek legal representation immediately. This was the biggest MISTAKE I could have ever made. No matter how big/small you believe your accusations are, SEEK Mr. Spital's legal counsel STAT. You will need time for proper representation. Sam Spital is an outstanding resource if you are facing potential legal dilemmas and have no idea where to turn. This excellent attorney spoke to me for approximately 20 minutes about a civil matter in which I was literally in panic mode about. The situation was almost embarrassing for me to bring up to anyone, let alone a complete stranger. Sam did a great job of making me feel pretty normal for facing the situation that I was facing, and he laid out a variety of options that I might take in order to address the situation. It turns out that the situation basically resolved on its own (for now at least) and I currently am not in need of an attorney. However, I learned a handful of useful tips from Sam during our phone coversation, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I actually needed legal representation for any civil matter.
