The experience that I had with Eugene Bruno and Associates could in my case be made into a book. It began with an accident as would be expected being hit by a semi truck while driving on the freeway. My car was totaled , medical bills piling up, insurance carriers demanding payments all while trying to still maintain a normal life. I’m a capable person but knew I could not navigate the countless letters ,the phone calls ,the outright disaster that had began to snowball quite rapidly after my accident. After I had a few consultation with personal injury lawyers regarding my pedestrian injury, I was so disappointed for their agressive greed and manipulation. I was ready to tackle the claim by myself. Then, I read Mark's advice from Google, I noticed he is different from others. He did not disappoint me from our first phone call to final settlememt which I am sure I could not have achieved without Mark. He has the integrity, knowledge, compassion. He is prompt responding my message thoroughly. As a educated, experienced in a compatitive job market for 40+ years, I stronly recommend Mark for injury case.

Do not use these guys. They are very dishonest and will not keep you updated with your case, and will take more than half of your money. all the attorneys come off super nice in the beginning and willing to help you, but as your case goes on, they start to treat you like trash and you have to do all the calling to get any update from anybody. After almost a year, we’re getting our settlement checks 15 grand was what we were supposed to walk away with the attorneys took more than half. We ended up walking away with only six grand and a couple months of begging for our checks. Terrible terrible attorneys office.
