This is our first time working with Nicole on our Family Living Trust! Nicole is very professional and knowledgeable, she’s responsive to all our questions. She tries to explain complex or complicated matters in simpler terms using illustrations/drawings. Her and her Admin Asst Lei try their very best to respond to emails or texts sooner and schedule preferred appointments. She did an excellent work preparing our Trust! My husband and I worked with Nicole to finalize our family trust. Nicole was very accommodating towards our situation and she was able to guide us when it was unclear which direction we should take such as appointing a trustee and a guardian for our children. Nicole diligently undertook a research project in order to accommodate our religious beliefs. Finally, she was extremely patient and kind towards our child as he ran around the office and ate all her snacks. We are very grateful for her work.
