Mr. Waters was my attorney for the bankruptcy case he filed for me in March of 2012. I originally started my case in Oct. of 2011 but I didn't have enough cash to file until March. He allowed me to make payments until I could file. He was extremely helpful in our consultation as to what type of bankruptcy I should file and that he would allow me to make monthly payments until I had his fees paid before he could file my claim. I understood this as he explained this too me in our first meeting. Once we filed it went fast and he took care of everything. If I had questions or when I had to add additional creditors he explained the process before we followed through with it. He also wrote letters to creditors that kept calling me at work hassasing me for payment. He made this transition extremely painless.

Attorney Waters was very helpful and professional every step of the way through our chapter 7 bankruptcy. As a young couple we had no idea what to expect in the process of filing, from the very first visit we felt like a weight was lifted.
