I hired Kelly's firm to represent my defense in a civil matter against a major well-known bank. Kelly researched the technical aspects of the case and successfully argued our motion to dismiss. We are very impressed by Kelly's ability to be aggressive in research and pointed in presenting the facts.

Kelly's partner, Shawn Huston, was extremely helpful letting me know if there was any legal recourse I had against a previous landlord that was threatening retaliatory actions against myself for posting a negative (although 100% truthful) Yelp review about them. He was one of only a couple attorneys that responded to my request for advice & information on my situation. Although I do not have a viable case against that slumlord, it was reassuring to get actual legal advice on what my options were from an attorney. I greatly appreciate him taking the time to review the information I sent him & letting me know what his professional advice was about my situation!

I was looking around Avvo to handle a simple divorce without breaking the bank while making sure it's done right the first time, so the #1 thing that initially attracted me to her was the competitive pricing, but after having e-mailed several different offices to get the run down on pricing, it felt like those other firms wanted me to do 90% of the work and then pick up the check. Kelly explained to me exactly what she would do every step of the way. She thoroughly exceeded my expectations by how open her lines of communications are. She provided me with her personal cell, so there was never any me calling her secretary to schedule a call 3 days in advance, I simply sent a text, and waited for a reply, more often than not it was the same day. The only time it wasn't is if I had sent it after obvious business hours. Kelly is so thorough, open and knowledgeable that I immediately inquired about her services for another potential matter. Kelly definitely deserves your business!

Kelly was referred to me through another Lawyer who didn't specialize in divorce. Upon first meeting her, she was attentive and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Kelly went over in detail the forms and was in constant contact with me. The forms were filled out correctly and my divorce was finalized without issues. Kelly came highly reccomended to me and is an excellent attorney, specializing in family law/ divorce cases. She took the time to sit with me at a consultation and go over my case, where she was very friendly and down to earth. I retained her and she put forth a great deal of effort into my spousal support case. She was my second attorney, because the first one I retained didn't do anything for me except nickel and dime me to death. Kelly is a great Attorney! She was so helpful with my divorce. I had a ton of questions and she was always there to help me and make me feel comfortable.
