Beyond rude to people trying to do the right thing and pay off an debit. They refuse to send you anything via the mail such as receipts or agreements for payment contract but want your debit card info, imagine that. The employee Aaron i spoke with hung up on me when asking how we’d go about sending receipts and placed me on hold about 20 times in our hour long bs conversation. Hopefully I’ll be able to speak to someone perfessional to get this resolved as that’s what I was attempting to do.

Koryn Sheppard is a tough-nosed, no-nonsense attorney who does not mince her words, keeps the opposing counsel honest, and diligently and compassionately asserts her client's rights without any doubts. As far as issues in dispute, she will cut to the chase and save the client time and money. In the same respect, when an olive branch is extended to her to discuss matters reasonably, she knows how to take the gloves off to extend a handshake when things just need to be simple and reasonable. I would recommend her without a second thought.

Koryn Sheppard exceeded my expectations in my legal case. Not only was she ethically professional, Koryn actually listened and responded with truthful, realistic possible outcomes and strategies. She kept me updated and returned my calls and/or emails promptly. Her dedication, positive attitude and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Just got back from working two weeks in Oakland and I had less then a week to appear in court for child support modification. Awhile ago I had the unfortunate experience of getting arrested. Fortunately for me Koryn is my lawyer. She dropped everything on a Saturday night in order to help me out. If not, I would have been in there 3 more days. I thank Koryn for all her help and she is without a doubt a lawyer and friend for life.

Your attorney can be a great writer, personable, deep thinker, know the law and be sharp as a tack. But what really matters? What really matters is your attorney's results in court. That's what makes the difference with having Koryn as your counsel. She is very fast and quick-witted in court and can argue with the best. Her results have been nothing short of terrific for me. Her skill set is worth more than what I paid hourly and that makes me very happy. I didn't really want to go to court and she did her best to settle as many issues as possible.
