I have used this firm three times in 10 years. Five stars each time. Divorce in 2010 with David representing me, then a property dispute with my ex in 2016 that worked out very favorably for me, and finally in helping me with a prenup (no jokes about not learning my lesson). Kyle is an easy going "surfer dude" who knows his stuff. When my fiance's lawyer wanted to add language at the last minute, he made a very reasonable and convincing argument (in front of that other lawyer) that was a slam dunk for my side. I hope I never need their services again but I would definitely recommend them. If you hire them, they are on your side and not trying to gouge you with superfluous "lawyer" billings.

I worked with Mrs. Nisbet on a custody and restraining order case involving my ex-husband that proved to be tough from the beginning. However, she was very determined and worked diligently to prove my case to the judge using whatever evidence I had remaining along with the bad decisions he made during this time. Mrs.Nisbet went above and beyond providing me information and resources to anything pertaining to my situation and knew when best to update me when something changed or new had arisen. She did not keep any secrets and let me know the good the bad and ugly of what was to come but also provided a potential solution(s) and a way forward to get there. Today my case is over, with an even better outcome than expected, but Mrs. Nisbet has continued to be available for questions or asssiatnce with small matters. Her heart rests with doing the right thing and ensuring the people who need help get the help and justice they deserve. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks.

Me and my husband were served papers from my 11 year old daughters father who had NEVER been involved with her EVER, but in between stints in prison, all of a sudden wanted custody and visitation. I was going through a very tough divorce and custody fight. I had a lawyer and he really wasn't working out. I found this firm through an Aunt and I started working with Kyle Siems.
