Mark did a wonderful job on my case and at a fair price. I needed an attorney for my DUI case. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of my case, I felt like Mark cared about me. He asked me questions to get to know me as opposed to the other attorneys that I called. He was very patient with all my questions and answered them throughly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mark Deniz and his staff. A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where I needed legal help for a DUI case. Mark immediately got to work on my case and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Mark was persistent in presenting my case to the judge and I was granted expungement! This was a life changing expungement for me. I had waited 4 years to get this off my record and I couldn't have done it without Mark's help. After just getting my DUI, I decided to be wise and get legal representation. Right off the bat, after deciding to call Mark Deniz, quite quickly into our conversation, I noticed that he was a good listener. As i explained to him why i was contacting him, i could tell that we was quick to listen and did not make me feel like he was busy and never rushed me off the phone. Being arrested at the end of last summer was the most stressful time I have had in a long time. I felt like there was no hope for me, my case, and that my life and career were over. Luckily I talked to Mark. Initially, I had the feeling that every lawyer was just going to try to sell me on their services, but not Mark. He took a pragmatic approach to my case and reviewed what my case would be like due to the circumstances of my arrest. He told me that if he didn't think I needed a Lawyer, he would let me know. I trusted him and he was right, I definitely needed him. Shortly after intake there was much added complexity that kept popping up throughout the preparation for trial.
