Let me start by talking about the attorney that I had prior to Matthew Blancato, with a different firm. I sustained a brain injury while working and spent several years fighting through the CA Work Comp. system with a lawyer that never even took the time to speak directly with me. Sometimes it would take several weeks for his paralegal to respond to a simple yet vital question through email. When my case reached a critical point and we finally spoke face to face, he was such an awful communicator that it caused me mental and emotional pain that actually ended up worsening the symptoms from my brain injury!
