Matthew took my case over from a firm that was doing nothing for me. He immediately got me with a Dr. That wasn't work partners and took care of me whenever I needed something, whether it was a missed payment, change in work status or answering a question on why or what to do next he and Diana took care of me. Most off all he got me all the care I needed and closed out my case and got me payed.

Mr. Blancato is a wonderful attorney who served as my father’s attorney before his passing and continued to serve our family afterwards. We found Mr. Blancato after searching for a new attorney for my father’s workers comp case as my father felt the previous attorney was not actively doing anything to work towards a resolution for us. We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Blancato taking over the case. He sent nurses to assess my father at home and set up phone and e-visits with doctors for him. He also inquired about my mother and I being compensated for the home care we provided my father during the last years of his life. These are things we felt helped move the case towards a positive resolution that was in our favor. We did not have this same experience until retaining him. Mr. Blancato always answered all of our questions, always responded to emails quickly, and handled things above and beyond our expectations. He is compassionate and that is a trait which is sometimes hard to find when searching for an attorney. My mother and I were very pleased with our experience and we would retain him again if ever need be in the future.
