Megan helped navigate a very stressful and emotional legal process regarding my child and separation from my ex. Came to Lawyer Kevin with a. Issue regatding my visitation and the lack of compliance with my EX. Megan was assigned to my case and did an excellent job. At the time I was having major anxiety towards the entire situation and was treated really qell by Megan. Her expertise in the field proved to be extremely valuable and helpful in working through an emotionally charged situation. She constantly guided me rhrough the process and even disagreed with how I was going through it. In the end everything she suggested and did worked out. I am back to seeing my son on a regular basis with a mich more solid schedule than I previously had. When I had a civil harassment restraining order filed against me, I was confident that I could handle it on my own without an attorney. My fiancé, who recently hired Megan for her own court case, pleaded with me to hire an attorney, because we had a lot at stake if the restraining order was granted. I hired The Law Office of Kevin Lemieux, APC to handle my divorce and was assigned attorney Megan Perry. At first, I wasn't sure that she was up to handling my case, she is younger than I had envisioned my attorney would be. I thought I needed someone who looked like an attorney, older and more experienced like Kevin. From my very first meeting with Megan, she was on it! She takes the time to get to know you and your case. She is professional, never missed a deadline, knows the law and fights for you! We won our first hearing regarding spousal support, because opposing counsel never bothered to respond to her proposals to settle. Her client had to pay a substantial amount of support due to opposing counsels' incompetence. If you are looking for a divorce attorney, I highly recommend Megan Perry, she's not afraid to go up against more seasoned lawyers despite being younger and she gets results. I was represented by Megan in an uncontested divorce. All matters handled professionally and promptly. All communications were responded to same day once I got the email address right. Since this was a one time event I can't say I look forward to using her again, but I can say I recommend her highly for this matter if you find yourself needing counsel.

I had a situation where I believed my ex was abusing the terms of the divorce but being careful enough to force me to pay monthly alimony. I spoke with 2 different lawyers and was told I did not have a strong enough case for them to pursue. Then I was introduced to Megan from the law office of Kevin Lemieux by a friend who had used her before and recommended her. Megan was tenacious and solved my situation before the court date. Her communication was outstanding, I found her tough, super professional and creative. She responded to questions quickly and kept me in the loop with any developments. Megan represented me in family court in an interstate child support case. Although the system provides very few rights to defend yourself against such a case, Megan was very thorough and creative in helping me explore every option available. She prepared all of my paperwork throughout many steps in the process by collaborating remotely and represented me at court in person for the hearing and presented a convincing data-driven case as to why the CA formula should not be used. Naturally, the judge dismissed it and awarded the formula amount, but this seems to happen to almost everyone. She was able to get one-off amounts successfully excluded from my income and allowance credit for my at-that-time unborn child which helped mitigate some of the damage. I appreciated her positive attitude and that the price throughout the 2-year process stayed the same as what I had negotiated at the start with her firm's lead partner, Kevin Lemieux.
