The most difficult of these issues included fighting it out with an aggressive, onerous ex-franchisor who was trying to punish me and my company for leaving the franchise fold. It was an extremely stressful time for me and my family, but I was comforted during the fight by the tough and insightful strategy that the Drakulich Firm presented on my behalf. In the end, I was kept out of an out-of-state mediation court and I ended up having to make little in the way of concessions to the franchisor. Whenever I've had occasion to visit his offices in the Mission Valley area of San Diego I've always felt welcome and unrushed.
