I had the privilege of working with Ralph Santoro at the office of Goldberg Jones over the course of the last year and a half. Ralph was simply outstanding, if I could recommend an attorney to anyone going through the same divorce and custody struggles that I went through, I would recommend Ralph any day of the week. For starters, Ralph has never been one to shy away from conflict with the opposing party, a lot of attorneys will often times take the path of least resistance when it comes to fighting for their client. However, this was not the case with Ralph, he secured the custody agreement I wanted and got favorable terms for my divorce. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Ralph on a personal level as well. He is truly an amazing guy all the way around. He is very knowledgeable on current case literature and knows how to make the process as smooth as possible. Thank you Ralph!

Ralph helped me get through what was supposed to be an amicable divorce but turned out to be very nasty. He was extremely knowledgeable, always on time with requests, and quick to get back to me anytime I contacted him. He made me comfortable knowing that his goal was not to make as much work as possible in order to gain more hours from me. He often discussed various options in terms of the amount of work necessary and what it would cost me, but did not push me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Ralph did a great job. He didn't mess around. Didn't pull any punches...with me and definitely not with the other side. Enjoyed his representation. I had a different attorney to start with (different firm). That guy was more interested in getting the case continued (probably for billing hours) and flirting with the courthouse staff than my case. Ralph prepped me for what to expect and told me what he would do and why so I wasn't surprised in court. Great staff at the firm to deal with too. Everyone was professional and polite.

I went to Schanks and Associates with a difficult custody case and a short timeframe. Mr. Schank who was very professional and proactive represented me at the first hearing gaining leverage. Mr. Santoro took over my case from that point. Mr. Santoro really strategized and made the effort to explain his approach which made me more comfortable for trial. He was thorough in his information gathering by doing a disposition of the social worker that provided critically information to my case. He also prepared me well for cross examination and tactfully controlled the witnesses in trial. We were able to get a favorable outcome with many obstacles against us and I couldn’t be more happy that these guys worked so hard for me.

Ralph was A GREAT lawyer because he always kept me informed, gave me realistic explanations, was always making sure my well being was good, and helped me advocate situations. how you divorce and who you choose for your divorce lawyer can make a difference. It is important to find someone that you are comfortable with, whose skills and experience are a good fit for you given your unique situation and goals, and who is someone you trust. I believe that you will find this feeling with Ralph.

I came to this Christian Shank in 2018 to begin the process of my divorce. You always want things to go well and quickly, However this process is not an easy one and it will take time on most cases. It seemed like a boxing match, back and forth back and forth. Eventually every thing gets worked out and you move forward. Ralph took over my case in 2020 and Under the circumstances Ralph did is due diligence at moving things along and had the knowledge to help my case. I hired Mr. Santoro to represent me in a extremely hostile custody case. Best decision ever made!  Mr. Santoro came through on every battle we faced, he went above and beyond in research and case studies to assure that we would come out on top of every court battle.  Mr. Santoro was exceptionally skilled and able to out-maneuver my ex and his attorney by using their own declarations against them. Mr. Santoro was able to win pivotal motions such as having the visitation monitor changed after my ex and his attorney contested it.  Mr. Santoro takes the time to answer questions, he responds to emails and phone calls and always made me feel like my case mattered to him. My initial lawyer resigned leaving me in the dark about my case. I was assigned Ralph Santoro who immediately made contact with me and began to out line how we could proceed with my divorce case. Mr Santoro worked diligently to arrive at a mutual agreement with my ex. Mr Santoro had to overcome many issues including COVID pandemic induced court closures but he continued forward to close my case in July. I would highly recommend Mr Santoro to anyone looking for a family law attorney to handle any case regardless of it's complexity.

Ralph helped me revise my parents divorce stipulation. There were many variables with life insurance, a revised trust .... Ralph gave me several options and very detailed step by step instructions. It was so easy, I couldn't believe it. He also gave me very sound advice on some sensitive issues. I literally saved thousands of dollars, got great advice and succeed in getting the stipulation changed. I would definitely use Ralph again. His work demonstrated great integrity, not always something you see if a family lawyer :) .
