Getting my second DUI at 21 was very scary and I knew I was in for trouble. I got my first at 18 and the process was very stressful, no help to my first lawyer, who I only met once at my court date. This time I knew I would need a solid lawyer to fight for me. After researching SD DUI lawyers, Mark Deniz stood out. I called him and went over my case and knew this was the man I wanted to represent me. He helped with every step along the way keeping me up to date on everything. 3 months later, my case was resolved no jail time all thanks to Mark. The court wanted at least 90 days in jail and Mark stayed all day to turn it into 34 days house arrest. He did the best job possible on my case and I was so relieved. If I ever need a lawyer again, Mark Deniz is the first person I will call. If you ever get a dui, or need a strong lawyer with reasonable cost, I highly recommend you chose Mark Deniz.

I cant recommend Mark Deniz enough for helping me with my DUI case. DON’T THINK TWICE ON HIRING MARK ESPECIALLY if you are A VET! My case was very convoluted as the DA was trying to deny me my rights as a 1st-time offender VET with VA ratings. Mark from the very beginning was engaged and I felt he truly cared about me personally and the outcome of my case. Lots of back and forth with the courts at all levels and Mark always kept me apprised of what was going on – over 2 yrs until final resolution and DISMISSAL of charges! And through all that he never asked me to pony up more cash for all the time and effort him and his staff spent on my case. I cant thank Mark and his staff enough, especially Alissa for getting me through this ordeal with the best possible outcome! Mark and his team were incredible. They were my guide through a very difficult time in my life.
