If I could give Mark more than five stars, I would! He was attentive, informative, and incredibly helpful through the whole process. I was never once left in the dark about any part of my case and anytime I had a question, he answered it to the fullest. He made this incredibly stressful and hard situation, easy breezy. I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for a trusting and hard-working lawyer.

After just getting my DUI, I decided to be wise and get legal representation. Right off the bat, after deciding to call Mark Deniz, quite quickly into our conversation, I noticed that he was a good listener. As i explained to him why i was contacting him, i could tell that we was quick to listen and did not make me feel like he was busy and never rushed me off the phone. Right away, I felt like I was speaking to an old friend and that meant a lot for me specially just having gone thru being pulled over for DUI. Being arrested at the end of last summer was the most stressful time I have had in a long time. I felt like there was no hope for me, my case, and that my life and career were over. Luckily I talked to Mark. Initially, I had the feeling that every lawyer was just going to try to sell me on their services, but not Mark. He took a pragmatic approach to my case and reviewed what my case would be like due to the circumstances of my arrest. He told me that if he didn't think I needed a Lawyer, he would let me know. I trusted him and he was right, I definitely needed him. Shortly after intake there was much added complexity that kept popping up throughout the preparation for trial. The case evolved -- like he said it would most likely do. Luckily, Mark was there with me every step of the way. I would not have kept my sanity without him, and eventually he got an amazing offer from the prosecution. If you find yourself in a bad situation I would strongly suggest speaking to Mark. If you make the right choice in hiring him -- my additional advice is to trust him with realistic expectations as he will go to bat for you and perform miracles. I had the best experience with mr Deniz and his team they did a good job helping me with my case. I was charged with PC647(b) (2) soliciting prost. initially. he saved me from going to jail. I did everything he asked me to avoid that, thanks to that my charges turned into just disturbing the peace PC415(3) and after a year of staying out of trouble now all my charges were dismissed and the disturbing the peace was set aside and expunged I would definitely go to him if I ever get in trouble again.
