Great guy, extremely professional, and affordable. Mark saved my life. I was in a very bad situation where I was involved in an accident and got arrested for my first and only DUI. Mark was very understanding and compassionate. Not once did he judge me, but showed me how to move forward and be a better person. Mark not only kept me out of jail but he also got my charge down to a Wet Reckless. He was later able to wipe my record clean by getting it expunged completely. Thank you Mark. I was falsely charged with felony assault for arguing with a local merchant. The merchant said that I threatened to kill him which was grossly untrue. I reached Mr. Deniz on a Friday evening, and he answered his cell phone. I met with him the next morning in Escondido, a trip for him. By Monday, he called the local DA, he convinced the prosecutor not to file charges. In summary, Mr. Deniz made me feel that the situation was now under control and that he was ready to do battle for me for a good result. Mark Deniz is an amazing attorney! I got arrested for DUI a few months ago for the first time and he helped me understand all the situations very easily with very affordable price. Mark deniz is the worst I mean worst dui attorney in SD county. I implore you please do not listen to these fictitious reviews & steer clear of this Charlatan. This man doesn’t care about you, it’s obvious from the get go, he doesn’t do much of anything for you, he makes one court appearance on your behalf & convinces you to take a plea deal you could easily obtain with a public defender. He’s not going to get your case dismissed and he’s not going to help you get a better deal comparative to any other attorney or a PD. I wish somebody would have informed me of this as opposed to being a young naive 20 yr old not knowing any better it would’ve saved me the 5k I shelled out to him. If it’s your first time getting a DUI take my advice: relax, remain calm, go with a PD, pay your debt to society, learn from your mistake and move on with your life.
