The past 7.5 months have been a roller coaster of emotions for me. The day after my arrest in late September I immediately began searching for a defense attorney to help me out with my DUI. Looked and consulted with several attorneys who were charging as much as $4500-$4600. However, after looking at google, yelp and reviews on avvo I came across Mr. Mark Deniz and I read about his experience working as a DUI prosecutor, the great results his past clients had shared and figured I’d give him a call. Within an hour of sending an email I receive a call from him. It was a Monday morning and he gave me a call back after his morning court appearance to give me a free consultation. I told him about what happened the night of my arrest and he gave me his honest feedback as far as possible outcomes. He also informed me of his fair and affordable rate of $3500, which I could break up into monthly payments over 6 months. During the last 7.5 months Mr. Deniz has checked in on me on a monthly basis always keeping me posted always keeping it real not sugar coating anything. It would give me peace of mind knowing I’m not by myself and that he was there to help me during the stressful times. At the end of the day Mr. Deniz got me a more than fair result that I am so thankful and appreciative to him for getting. I really can't say enough about Mark Deniz. He represented me on my 1st DUI and got me a deal that most wouldn't believe. I called for advice about whether to engage a lawyer. He spent 15 to 20 minutes on the phone with me and told me I didn't need him. I offered to pay him but he said it wasn't necessary. He's awesome. If I do ever need a lawyer it will be him!
