Mr. Deniz and his staff have gone beyond my expectations in representing me. A lawyer once told me, "no one like lawyers... until you need one." Most of us navigate our lives without expecting the need for a lawyer. However, life happens. And if you ever find yourself in need of an honest lawyer who will remain committed to your case through thick and thin, you have found one in Mr. Deniz. He did not over promise and under deliver. He communicated and performed exactly as he indicated he would. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I've been meaning to write this post for a couple of weeks now. I am still in shock that Mark Deniz went above and beyond to get my case settled. And the best part, because the case was so easy for him to settle, he only charged me half of his fee. I was trying to pick my jaw up off the floor as he told me they threw out my case and all I needed to do was contact the DMV to reinstate my drivers license. I am so thankful to Attorney Mark Deniz for his help to me to navigate through the tough situation i put my self in. He was on top of the issue and got me the best out come possible, which could have been a lot worse. He is a true professional in all respect. As a parent getting a call and trying to secure the right attorney is key - especially when you reside out of of state. The law office of Mark Deniz was prompt in returning an urgent call (in the late hours of the night) and walked us through what would be done from posting bail to navigating the court hearings. Throughout the cases (there were multiple offenses) Mark was expert in advising and navigating the right positioning - eliminating all jail time for a very complicated DUI case (which was not a first offense) and securing and reducing the fines in a way that satisfied the courts and left our lives intact. I honestly don't even know where to begin with reviewing this incredible man and law firm. Firstly, I was arrested for a dui and four other counts; with an accident, and only 2 months ago! Yesterday, on my birthday, Mark delivered the most unbelivable, astonishing news; my case was over, done. I never once appeared in court. He takes care of all the DMV hearings and hoops as well.. Every detail. In the beginning, I was so devestated and anxious and fearful that I could barely function. Mark represented me for my first and second DUI. In February of 2015 I was involved in a minor accident with a traffic sign and was arrest for DUI. Mark was able to set up the DMV hearing which they said I wasn't driving impaired and I was able to keep my license. Mark handled all the court proceedings and I never had to show face. The outcome was wonderful in that I got a wet reckless instead of a full blown DUI. I received only a small fine and a 6 week DUI program with 3 years court probation. No extended DUI program, no community service. In March of 2017 I was involved in yet another accident but this time with another vehicle. The vehicles were eventually claimed to be totaled and the victim claimed minor injury. Said his shoulder hurt. The arresting officer recommended a felony DUI for this case. So, I have a second arrest while on probation, in an accident driving under the influence, with "injuries" not major. I was in a bad way. I called Mark and was panicking because I was looking at up to 7 years in prison for this mistake. Mark took on my case and was a big help, again. I did all the extra things he requested me to do to show the courts that I'm not a screw up alcoholic. We went to court a few times and finally received a decent offer/ plea that Mark was able to get set up. I received no jail time and 4 months house arrest instead. Plus, a minimal fine. I did receive the felony, but after I complete the 18 month multiple conviction program without getting in any trouble, I will get the charges reduced to a misdemeanor. YAY!!! It all worked out in the end because of Mark and his teams hard work. He is very honest, thorough, professional, great with communicating and answering questions. He knows his way around a courtroom and how to handle the DA and Prosecution. He is very affordable and is willing to work with you financially. I highly recommend him with any and all DUI cases. UPDATE: It's been two years since my second DUI arrest and Mark came though for me and had my felony charges reduced to misdemeanors as agreed upon when we settled the case. I also got reduced from formal probation to summary probation to the court. I am finally free and can put all this behind me now, thanks to Mark and his team.
