Attorney Stormoen is one of the smartest attorneys I know. I have watched him spot issues and solve major problems instantaneously. It's amazing and the one thing you want when it comes to dealing with legal transactions. The other thing about Attorney Stormoen is he is literally mesmerizing at trial. He is so articulate when he explains the law yet so passionate when he draws out the facts to bring some emotion into the case for the jury. I have watched the jury glued to his openings, closings, direct and cross exams at trial. They are paying attention to his every word and because of that, he is very very successful litigator. You cannot go wrong with Attorney Stormoen!

We hired Ron Stormoen to help in a lawsuit in which my previous employers of 30 years were essentially trying to seize our retirement by reneging on the ownership they promised us early in the relationship. It was extremely important to us to receive justice and this money we had earned over our careers. Ron had faith in us and took our case. He smartly and successfully litigated our case and the jury found 12-0 verdicts in our favor on almost all questions. We won both the breach of contract cause of action as well as the intentional misrepresentation fraud case. I wish this had never turned into a lawsuit, but in the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. In addition, all throughout the case, Ron showed integrity and a commitment to the truth – he never was deceitful and played by the rules. While it is extremely satisfying to win, it is even better to do so without compromising ones’ ethics. I would hire Ron again (although I hope I never have to.) Ron responded to a issue I had with Fidelity warranty denying a legitimate claim for my A.C. unit. I felt helpless because I knew it was a claim that feel under my contract contrary to what Fidelity claimed. I wanted to fight back, but didn't know how. I posted my issue on AVVO. Ron responded with a possible solution (Small claims court). He laid out what I should do step by step. I followed the steps Ron had laid out and WITHOUT going to court Fidelity agreed to pay my claim! Ron achieved this without getting to looking at my contract and based on a short description of my issue. I think that is amazing and a sign of a great lawyer. I highly recommend Ron!
