Pressured to agree to joint custody and shouldn't have done it. Didn't know once I did it would be almost impossible to change.

Do yourself a favor and hire Scott and save time and money. Make sure both parties agree on everything and just hire one attorney not two. Scott can handle the whole divorce and be done. Don't make it complicated. Take it from me been there done it....

Mr. Finkbeiner did a great job on my divorce/custody case. He was very good in court, knew the law and was able to get me through a very complicated custody battle with my ex. Mr. Finkbener kept me informed on my case and was responsive to my questions. I definitely recommend him.

In my year and 3 months of time with him as my lawyer Scott has been reactive and not proactive, on several occasions he waited until hours before the hearing to ask me for pertinent information, not only did he charge me 3 times what he initially said he caused more problems between me and my ex-wife then he did good. To this day I have paid him between 7-9 thousand dollars and I am still not divorced (1 year 3 months later). He has allowed continuance after continuance which has allowed this case to be drawn out.
