Taylor Hanks was very knowledgeable and informative. He always took my calls, explained everything to me and was always polite. His assistant Martha was the exact same way. I've never heard of a law firm that give anyone the care that was given to me by them. Follow his advice and your case will get a great outcome. I couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend him to anyone needing DBA assistance.

Beyond rude to people trying to do the right thing and pay off an debit. They refuse to send you anything via the mail such as receipts or agreements for payment contract but want your debit card info, imagine that. The employee Aaron i spoke with hung up on me when asking how we’d go about sending receipts and placed me on hold about 20 times in our hour long bs conversation. Hopefully I’ll be able to speak to someone perfessional to get this resolved as that’s what I was attempting to do.

The professionalism and availability of Mr. Hanks and his team were unparalleled from start to finish of my case. I was injured while working overseas as a contractor and the Turley Law Firm, specifically Taylor Hanks, really helped me through the entire process and fought for me the entire time. Like any case, you need to be your own advocate and actively work with your attorney to get the best outcome - and that's what I did with Taylor, which worked out really well in the end. I recommend that you get a lawyer first thing when you are injured at work over seas and the Turley Law Firm is the law firm I chose and highly recommend. I was assigned Taylor Hanks and his team and all the pressure that comes with dealing and trying to settle with the insurance company is taken off your shoulders so you can work on healing from your injury. Taylor took me though the process of setting with the Insurance company with ease. What I thought was going to be years only took a little over 1 year.
