First time dealing with the law office, and first time being a part of anything like this. Everyone was super helpful and understanding. Any questions and/or concerns I had were answered quickly, and to where I could understand. I was kept up on everything via email and/or phone call from a real person. I asked many questions and some even I thought was stupid, yet they were fully understanding to everything.

My brother told me to the Paul Mankin Law Firm about the 3m Earplug settlement because he had signed up and he was sure I probably qualified too. From the first call to the final settlement check the office was always friendly, responsive and transparent with me about what was going on with the case when I reached out with a question. I really appreciated they took my case with no upfront charge to me and let me know what my fees would be if my case was to receive a settlement. The fees are comparable to what I’ve seen others had to pay but the service I experienced was worth the fees considering all the hours they put in for a lot of us veterans and yet they were always courteous and professional when corresponding with me.
