Ava is just a brokerage firm. In my case they sent me to an independent law firm who evaluated my case & because Montana has a$250,000 punative damage claim. My case was denied. That tells me there wasn't sufficient proceeds to pay lawyer fees & brokerage fee to Ava. If U can do the leg work in Mt your better off going to law firm personally. The ava person I talked to professionally implied/admits that would be the case. Technically its Mt law & ava did a reasonable job but not what I expected.
