I believe the AVA Law firm is doing a good job and are working very hard to help us veterans. However, I am concerned and do not mean to offend anyone; nevertheless I think the conference call is the time to hear about updates and anything new the attorneys have to pass on to us. If possible we should limit the time we spend with questions so everyone gets the same opportunity to participate. One good way to achieve this would be to give person no more than 2-5 minutes for questions. If you still have more questions call back for one on one time. I hope this is helpful.
