Mark Reed was my lawyer and guided me through my divorce. I couldn't have gotten a better lawyer and I am so grateful for his guidance and legal knowledge during this process. He was quick to respond to any questions I had during my divorce. He helped me navigate the paperwork when my ex prolonged the process and denied medical help for our daughter. Mark is fantastic at what he does. Hiring an attorney is scary (at least it was for me) divorce was something I never thought I would have to do. Mark did an awesome job on my bankruptcy. It was very complicated and he spent a great deal of time reviewing and organizing my documents. In addition, his advice and guidance allowed me to get through the process which I found to be extremely arduous and tedious. His research on certain parts of the law was thorough and valuable to my case. He was available to me when I needed to speak with him and was pleasant to work with. He even returned phone calls promptly, which I found to be highly unusual in my dealings with other attorneys. Overall, Mark is an excellent professional attorney that I recommend with complete confidence. I hired Mark Reed to help me file BK. I had called many other attorney's but they all said I made too much money and that I could not file. I was at my wit's end. I owed so much money and desperately needed to file BK. So, I came across Mark's name. I gave him a call. He spent a lot of time with me about my case. He also told me just because I made a lot of money did not automatically disqualify me from file a chapter 7. So I set up an appointment. We met and after reviewing my case in detail I did indeed qualify for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. We filed my case & I received my discharge. I would recommend Mark to anyone considering filing bankruptcy.

Mr. Reed was my attorney regarding a personal issue. He is very personable, yet maintaining a level of professionalism. He will answer questions beyond a simple yes or no ensuring you understand the legal requirements. He is very reasonably priced and usually does not charge for minor issues such as emails, phone calls and copying pages. He is very responsive to emails ( preferred communication ) and will respond after normal business hours when available . I very highly recommend Mr. Reed. I hired Mark for my bankruptcy case in 2012 and most recently for my divorce. I went through a very ugly divorce as my wife was bipolar. She and her family hired a high profile attorney and they used every dirty trick in the book from a restraining order to CPS to take our 3 year old daughter away from me for their financial gains while attempting to cover up her diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Mark was able to get me full physical and legal custody of our 3 year old daughter through all of it. This was very important for her safety and well being. Just a month prior to our divorce our daughter had a near death drowning experience under the care of her mother and I was not willing to gamble with her life. Mark was very supportive during the most difficult time of my life and continues to be because he genuinely cares. He’s a lawyer with a heart not a lawyer who will take advantage of you for financial gains like most others that I have experienced and have heard of. When it comes to cost he is very fair. He did not bill me for a lot of things that he easily could have and definitely deserves every penny he earns. What I like most about Mark is that he is brutally honest. He tells you how it is. He is NOT a salesman! Most lawyers will sell you on things and make promises even though it may not be in your best interest but because it is in their best interest financially. My wife’s attorney claimed to be the “dean of divorce”. She spent nearly double what I did with absolutely nothing to show for it. Mark outsmarted and outclassed the so called dean in every possible way and at half the price. I highly recommend retaining Mark’s services. He may not have good taste in professional sports teams, but he is the very best at what he does. Mark Reed and his office are the navy seals of law and he is the gold medalist of lawyers! I spoke with Mark, I noticed he very knowledgeable about civil laws and codes. He provided me honest and straightforward advices of which I did not want to hear. But rationally I know it’s true, but emotionally I hated and kept yelling at him about what he said because I just want to pursue the limitation. After the conversation with him,I made up my mind and to move on to take care of my health. I am very grateful for his honesty’s. I originally went to the Law Office of Mark Reed to consult with him regarding my upcoming divorce. I was very distraught & upset. However, upon meeting with Mark for the very first time he really set me at ease. I decided to retain him right then and there. As my case progressed he kept me informed of everything. He also won't sugar coat things but will tell you the way things are so you can make an informed decision. In addition, he will not gauge you with his billing. He is more than fair. He did not charge me for every little thing, like all my constant phone calls, faxes, copies, postage, etc. He obtained a great result for me. I highly recommend him.
