Kelly did a fantastic job drafting our prenuptial agreement. We ended up in a time crunch because of another lawyer dragging their feet and doing a poor job, and Kelly took our project and completed it quickly and professionally. She let us know what was happening each step of the way and was a frequent and clear communicator. Kelly was honest and supportive from the day I met her. Ms. Waggonner assisted me with a reasonably complex prenuptial agreement. She listened attentively to my goals, laid out a clear and flexible plan to obtain those goals and explained the relevant case law informing the strategy she suggested and then implemented. She answered every question I had without judgement and reworked parts of the agreement I wished to be adjusted without hubris. When conflict arose with the opposing council, she approached the problem with care and successfully drove the agreement to conclusion. Ms. Waggonner is a special combination of intelligence and humanity. In a stressful situation, I was fortunate to have her as my advocate.

Divorce seems to bring out the worst in everyone but I can honestly say that through it all Kelly was incredibly professional- even when my ex husband and his attorney stooped to game playing. Kelly was an excellent advisor, knowledgable law practitioner, highly organized, ethical, and has my highest recommendation. There are many lawyers who can prepare divorce paperwork and know the law but Kelly is also very skilled in the courtroom. I was incredibly impressed with the way she presented my case, and handled my ex-husband's lawyer. I worked with 2 mediators and 1 other lawyer before hiring Kelly. Hiring Kelly was the best decision and some of the best money I've ever spent.

In 2014 I had to go through a custody battle with my Ex. She wanted to move our son 3000 miles away. Top Notch says it all. Personable, caring, and won't give you that bogus "I'll fight for you" line then rob you blind. My results were win-win. Each case is different though. I don't think you could get better representation. Office staff is right up there with Kelly on top of the world. "Thats my story and I'm sticking too it."
