I saw this woman and her lawyer on Judge Judy...she is kind of a tricky one. Glad JJ set her straight.

Juarez is a first-rate lawyer that will always represent you with your best interest in mind, fight for you when the scenario appears less than favorable and maintain the upmost respectable attorney/client relationship. I was represented by Attorney Juarez, through a divorce case, where opposing counsel for the respondent acted in a manner that was borderline unethical with obscene demands and often stating out-right lies. Attorney Juarez maintained a consistent professional demeanor and navigated the entire process, even, through a pandemic, in a masterly way. Due to his expert service, the outcome of the divorce effectuated with ease. If you are going through a family matter, Attorney Michael R. Juarez is who you want representing you.

Hired Michael to represent me in a family court case. Along with many things, he failed to submit the evidence that took me 6+ hours to gather on multiple occasions. The day of my court hearing he attempted to negotiate a settlement for child support—10 minutes prior to the hearing! You would think a good lawyer would do this well before the court date let alone 10 minutes before the start of the hearing. I was a quick payday for him and he isn’t good at hiding it. Avoid at all costs.

I hired Michael Juarez through the Hyatt Legal plan for issues I was having with my landlord. Since my case was urgent he made it a priority and helped me through the headache of a terrible landlord. I hired attorney Micheal Juarez through the legal plan, Hyatt. This was a civil suit from an assault which caused personal injury. This case took attorney Juarez over 3 years to bring to trial. Once a settlement was offered, attorney Juarez pleaded with me to take a settlement that was one third of what I was asking in trial. I refused the settlement. At the trial, attorney Juarez failed to subpoena most of my key witnesses to my case. During the trial, attorney Juarez failed to not only show proof of fault to the proper defendants but dismissed one of the defendants without my consent. At the conclusion of my trial, attorney Juarez me that I should have taken the settlement. It is my personal opinion, that through my personal experience that attorney Juarez is a traffic ticket attorney and not a trail attorney.

Best experience that I have had with a lawyer. I wont ever go to another attorney. Michael was very aggresive and did not allow the insurance company to stall before he got us a settlment that i never thought was possible. I was also really impressed with how available that he was. in the past i have had attorneys who dont return calls or emails; but michael meade me feel like my case was his first prioroty.
