I have worked with Melody for about 20 years on various projects and have always found her to be smart, driven and one who fights hard for her clients. She's brilliant with transactional matters as well. You won't got wrong working with her.

I hired Melody 4 years ago to represent me in a Civil lawsuit. She explained the process (timeline and expense) of a lawsuit and really made sure I understood the emotional and financial strain I was about to embark on. Despite her warnings, I continued on the journey. Melody was caring and understanding and worked diligently to find resolve for the wrong doing. Keeping high ethcial standards and proper judicial procedures as her guide post, she encountered 2 highly unethical attorneys and a business entity willing to commit perjury to win the case. Regardless, Melody continues to represent me and I fully trust and respect her suggestions and knowledge in all aspects of the legal field and judicial system. I have recommended her to several friends/clients as I know they will be in good hands with my trusted attorney. Melody has proven to me there are still good attorneys around that do follow proper procedure and actually care about their client instead of their billable hours. She kept me informed of every communication between herself and opposing counsel and she discussed the possible scenarios with me before deciding the direction to take. She actually listens to her clients and follows their direction instead of deciding what to do on her own as so many other attorneys do. I have spent many, many hours following and researching cases and attorneys and I KNOW Melody Kramer is superb in what she does. I would never get into any legal dealings without Melody by my side. She has so many positive attributes: her ability to negotiate with opposing counsel, her eloquent writing skills, her vast knowledge of the legal field and most importantly - her ability to still be caring and human. I cannot say enough about what a great person Melody Kramer is.

Miss Kramer, has been a professional and Ethical Attorney, she has shown her ability to move from Civil to Family Court very Professionally. Miss Kramer has fought my case very gallantly against several very unethical Family and Civil law Attorneys.
