This was my first accident, I was stressed and had no idea what to do. I contacted Michel I was recommended by my sister who had been helped in the past with her case and was very content with the outcome. Since the beginning of my case Michel Shenouda was very communicative and answered all my questions. Never had an issue with him answering my calls or text constant communication which I am very grateful, it helped me keep at ease from all the stress of the accident. He made sure my injuries were taken care of. Great attorney very satisfied with the out come.

Michel Shenouda is a phenomenal attorney. He really listens to all of my worries and finds the right care for treatments. His communication is great, and will even respond after hours. Aileen, the paralegal or whoever answered the phone was extremely nice . If I ever need to go to them for anything, I would go back to them for her only because of such a lasting 5 minute customer service moment on the phone. She was kind enough to hear me and believe me and offer empathy when she didn't even know me at all.
