I highly recommend Eric Ching for legal and attorney services. I have consulted with Eric several times and he is responsive, patient, honest, and kind. I cannot say that for all attorneys that I have worked with. And his sharp demeanor sets him apart from many. He is the man you would want in your corner when dealing with legal issues or challenges. He goes to bat for you and is on top of his game. Highly recommended.

I am a local lender in San Diego area and have recommended Eric's services several times and he has not disappointed. A borrower was asking me several questions on what their options would be if they were to think about a bankruptcy. Questions like how this would affect there home and desperate for legal counsel. The first person that came to mind was Eric. On a separate occasion we had a borrower who wanted to do a FSBO with no agents involved. I recommended that they at least reach out in regard to legal protection. Again Eric came through for our clients!

I have both consulted and hired Eric on several occasions on business entity formation and landlord/tenant issues with the most recent one just 2 weeks ago. I have found Eric is always very responsive and takes time to listen and understand my particular situation. He has not only provided the great and accurate advice, but also went through a great length to make sure I understand the PROs and CONs about the different options so I can make my own informative decision. His fee was very reasonable (and he did not even charge me for a couple of length phone conversations as he was more focus on solving my problem). I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer who cares more about helping clients then his fees.
