I contacted Jenkins & Jenkins Estate Planning Attorneys for restatement of my Living Trust, and was pleased with the entire process from the initial contact, reviews of the draft versions, and all the way through signing the final documents. Attorney Michael Jenkins is very knowledgeable and responsive, and made the entire process very smooth. He answered all of my questions with timely responses and explanations, and provided the documents in a very organized template format which is really important if / when they are needed to be referenced. It was a pleasure to work with Jenkins & Jenkins, Estate Planning Attorneys. I inquired on behalf of my parents. Michael was very understanding and made everything easy for them to understand. He met every concern and need of my parents to properly set up their will, trust, power of attorney, and accounting for their assets properly. The process was simple and every question Michael answered. My parents had avoided estate planning because it seems very daunting and my parents walked out of the final meeting with Michael and Caroline feeling happy, educated, and properly set up. I had a call with this firm, unfortunately they are not taking probate clients. The call could have ended at that, but Mr. Jenkins took the time to answer questions I had about the probate process and the way it works. He was honest and sincere in his responses. It is hard to find genuine lawyers to handle these matters. He also gave me great recommendations. I appreciate the sincerity and answering of my questions despite not being able to take the case at this time. I would seek services from them in the future!

Michael and Caroline Jenkins made the estate planning process incredibly fast, efficient, very organized and easy. The fee for services was very reasonable. For every question during the process, I received a response the same day. Estate planning is confusing.
