I came to Taylor to help with a legal issue in my business. I was already speaking with another lawyer who was not understanding my needs. Taylor assisted me last year in reviewing the terms of a business buyout agreement for my law firm. I'm not the type of person who can easily break away from my usual work routine to handle matters like these; and to add to it, I was about 5 months pregnant at the time with my first child. Not only did I need an attorney to review the contract to make sure the terms were fair to me, I needed someone who would keep my growing family in mind in doing so, knowing my business matters weren't just about me anymore. Taylor did an amazing job of ensuring that mine and my family's interests would be protected (for example, he spotted an unconscionable non-compete clause). He was also great in making sure that I stayed on-track in making sure the review was completed in reasonable time given my busy schedule. Taylor is also very personable and knowledgeable. I plan to use his services if I ever need anything else for my business in the future.
