David Simone is the best DUI lawyer you can hire. He got me the lowest sentence and penalties possible. He is nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. If you want to have the best chance at fighting your court case he is the one to hire!

I got my first dui Jan 2021 which involved an additional charge and resulted in probation. I violated my probation with another dui in may 2024 and that’s when I contacted David Simon. For this whole year I was anxious about getting jail time and David kept me informed the entire process. I only physically went to court twice and the whole process was smooth and easy and very guided. I was looking at potentially 6 months of jail but got 60 days of house arrest instead. I’m very happy with the result considering my situation and will be using his services in the future to help expunge my old charges and terminate probation early.
