My husband and I recently met with Dani Battiest for the creation of a family trust and all applicable documents. The service and product provided by Ms. Battiest was outstanding. During our meetings with Ms. Battiest we were never rushed and our numerous questions and concerns were always addressed. The creation of a trust is not easy and extremely personal to the makers. Ms. Battiest helped us maneuver and explore ideas most beneficial to our needs. Ms Battiest is very knowledgeable, professional and a credit to her profession. Yes …. We live in Arizona and will as trying to settle a trust in San Diego. Dani was recommended by the first attorney we called as she could not help. Ms Battiest was recommended by my attorney in WA state. I called her to tell her my situation,with my family trust. My bank, in WA state, would not give me the signatures I needed. She knew exactly what I needed. She had all the paperwork ready, and paperwork I didn't know I would need to file, after the passing of my parents. Thank goodness she told me about this paperwork the state would need. SCARY AS HELL IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS COMING. She helped me fill it out. Dani works with my clients to make sure they understand the importance of estate planning. They all find her to be professional and very courteous. I am very comfortable sending any of my clients to Dani to handle any of their estate issues.

Dani has provided me with very professional legal services on two matters. She completed a personal Living Trust and Will for me and did a very thorough job. I had no idea how to proceed and Dani guided me through each step and help me with the documents I needed to provide to complete the task. She also has worked tirelessly with me regarding a Living Trust for my parents who both passed within two months of each other last year. There have been many accounts that my parents had and some were in the Trust and some were not. Dani worked through all of the necessary procedures that the companies were requiring to complete the process and, through the court, add the accounts to the Trust. It has been over a year and we are just completing the process. I value Dani's diligence and professional attitude as she took me through this most challenging process. I would definitely refer Dani to family, friends, and colleagues and will contact her again if I have legal issues that need resolving.
