I was in an accident on 05/19/14 – I drove home from work and as traffic started to slow down, a truck drove into me, pushing me into the vehicle in front. The driver admitted later to have been driving at 60 mph. I was brought to the hospital and diagnosed with – only - severe whiplash. After approx. four weeks I was contacted by the opponent’s insurance company in regards to a settlement. I inquired from the agent what that entails. He did not give me any satisfactory answers, so I called my own agent. Same thing here … ooh, just send in your hospital bill, ambulance bill, etc. I was upset and discussed this issue with a co-worker, who suggested I should get legal advice. Well, I went on the internet and chose the services of Michael Pine. I called and explained what happened. Mr. Pines asked me whether I was in the same shape as before my accident – this I had to deny. My back was still hurting and he stated that, if I would accept his services, he would ensure that I would get the therapy I needed (up to this point I was treated with pain killers). He also ensured me that all bills would be paid and my health restored. Michael Pines and his team have kept this promise. During this ordeal I called the office on various occasions to get an update. His upbeat staff was able to answer all questions in a timely manner. I can recommend the services of this law office and would not hesitate to request them again if I would have need of them.

Michael Pines took me on as a client in May of 2014 after my car accident. He and his associates found competent doctors and physics therapist to treat my injuries. At first, I didn’t think I was hurt until my wife took me to the emergency room. Then, knew I needed a lot of help in dealing with the whole mess and all of the insurance companies. They took very good care of me, treated me very nice, and I got a very nice check. I had a lot of back pain and the doctor they referred me to helped me so much! I was involved in an accident and I was clueless on what to do. I googled accident lawyers of San Diego and Michael pines came up. I called their office on a Sunday and the office was closed; however, Michael Pines was kind enough to drive and meet me at the office anyways. From there on, he handled my case and took care of everything for me. All I had to do myself was make it to my appointments and get better. The office handled all the legal matters for me! After falling on a cruise ship and being emergency evacuated to a hospital in Mexico, I was scared and needed help, especially because I am 89 years old. Desperate to return to San Diego, I listened to some dear friends who recommended Michael Pines as the man to make things happen. A superb instigator in quickly motivating the powers-that-be to get me scheduled on a Medivac jet and returned back to San Diego, Michael worked non-stop, through the weekend, communicating internationally with stubborn insurance personnel who tried to put up roadblocks every step of the way. Nothing deterred Mr. Pines. I could not wish for a more talented, dedicated and passionate person to resolve your problems.
