As an HOA manager, I have worked with Christina on a defect litigation case for one of my associations. She has always shown professionalism, returned correspondence in a timely manner, and provided quality work. As a board officer for my homeowner's association (HOA), I was tasked to select a legal firm to represent our HOA from a final group of six very qualified candidates. Christina Ciceron's firm, Community Association Counsel (CAC) not only met or exceeded all of our requirements (exceptional HOA management references, extensive Davis-Sterling Act knowledge, board member and HOA member training offerings (covering board processes, conduct and parliamentary procedures), extensive experience in all HOA management and legal aspects (vendor/property management, keeping all governance material current with contemporary law, contract measurement/management, IDR, ADR and collections processes, etc.) but CAC also offered to proactively help the board and general management team introduce beneficial change into our HOA management processes to increasingly achieve our objectives: (1) Protect our HOA member's investments, (2) Improve our community's value, (3) Help our HOA members ever more safely enjoy our community's amenities, and (4) Improve our expense productivity year over year.
