Matt and his law group were polite, professional and ready to help as needed. I really appreciated their guidance and felt they stood out amongst the profession where in the past others did not leave me feeling I received timely help at a reasonable price. This is a different group of professionals entirely!

Matthew and his team were very welcoming at the first visit and walked me through the process. He was a recommendation from a friend and I would recommend him to anyone else as well! He is very honest and will prepare you well instead of making false promises. I also felt Matthew was only communicating when most necessary to avoid any additional costs. I learned how to do the Moore Marsden calculation from the Mensnik website and I eventually hired them to reevaluate it to present it to court. They did a very professional detailed job at a reasonable price.

Mesnik Law Group has a very Solid Team; I really enjoyed working with Megan Lucy, Ana and Matthew Mesnik was my leading Attorney. They are all very organized, responsive and supportive. Matt is very likable and well recognized among other Attorneys and Judges in the area which is imperative specially when you are trying to cease the pain and settle your case. He thinks ahead to predict the difficult “chess game” that goes on, he is knowledgeable and experienced.

Let me start off by saying Thank You Matt! Matt helped me with my move away order. The other party is extremely difficult and Matt handled my case without a sweat. When Matt wasn’t available Megan was there and she was awesome as well. I can go on with nothing but positive comments but I’ll keep it short. I would recommend Matt to anyone as he is by far the best attorney in SD.

Firstly, I did not retain this attorney. My consultation with them pursued me elsewhere after the snake move Matt Mesnik pulled. I would not trust this firm with an angel at the door. I had a very expensive consultation which I had to do before retaining them, I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time. I was greeted by a receptionist and taken to a conference room which I was told to wait. I was told to fill out an intake form which I did. I waited 40 mins before the attorney came to speak to me. Good conversation and I respect her advice. Sadly, it was time they wanted me to leave since it was the end of their day and I was only there for 1 hr and 20mins with the attorney. Matt charged me $325 per hour and for 2 hours. I didn't notice it until I was walking to my car. Then went back to the door but to my surprise they locked the door and turned off the lights. I called the next morning to explain what happened. The receptionist argued with me about the payment which was confusing since she left before my appointment was over the day before. Then finally told me she would pass on the message to Matt to let me explain to him. Sadly, he couldn't muster the courage even call me about the rip off he had done. I was never able to get him on the phone again so I gave up. If you have all the money in world to drain on this firm.... go for it. I'd rather trust God in my case alone.

Matt and his team have exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgable, competent and a clear communicator. I'm happy I retained his firm and highly recommend him.

I've requested Megan Vito to contact me 14 times in the last two weeks, and she has not been responsive. She refuses to provide conformed copies of filed docs, refuses to confirm receipt of docs, and can't seem to answer the simplest of questions. I do not recommend this attorney as she can't provide basic communication skills. She also works with a firm that conveniently looses documents.
