I have to comment on how pleased I am with the extreme professionalism Jessica and her paralegal Gina exhibit. Together, they really care about help their clients get through once of the most trying times in a persons life. Jessica is amazing in court as she maintains a very calm, cool yet assertive nature about herself. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and is very articulate when representing a person in court. Dealing with an ex that has a punishing personality, Jessica and Gina have been able to provide solutions that help move the case closer to resolution. Trying to imagine what it would have been like handling this case to save money would have been foolish. Divorce is not easy nor pleasant. I highly recommend Jessica Medina and her paralegal Gina. They truly care and have the best interest of their client at heart.

I attempted to handle my own divorce but my ex-spouse retained an attorney known for bully tactics and proceeded to dismantle me. "What we sell here are hours" - Beatrice Snider I hired Beatrice Snider 9 years ago. They changed my attorney twice and charged me for re-educating each one on my case. They showed up in court unprepared multiple times. They were an embarrassment - but always billed me. For all of the money spent, I did not get any value at all.

Beatrice Snider and Carmen Ramos provided excellent knowledge and support for my case. Their experience and understanding of the nuances of family law is second to none. My ex-wife had to hire three different attorneys and none of her attorneys got the result my ex wife was demanding. I went to Ms. Snider for my divorce. She was very attentive at our initial meeting, and seemed like a very aggressive attorney. The kind I needed to fight my husband and HIS very aggressive attorney. Only problem is that I NEVER saw her again. She passed me off to her associates, and they charged and charged for every paper clip, phone call, and email that went or came in. Other offices don't do that, and you can find an attorney who you will get on the phone with you when you call, and won't charge you like crazy. Ms. Snider may be good, but she will delegate your case to others, and what's the point of that? Don't fall for the TEAM approach. Find someone who is on your side, who will work for YOU, and not for themselves.

When you represented me in my divorce from 1985 through May of 1987 I never dreamt I would be so grateful 28 years later. You told me because of all the medical problems I had, you were insisting that we retain the death benefits on my former husbands Navy and Civil Service retirements. I must admit at the time I never thought I would live long enough to see them as my medical problems were (and still are) many. My former husband was healthy and 7 years younger as well. Unfortunately, in March of this year, a week after his 65th birthday, he had to have surgery for 2 small brain aneurisms. After surgery he went into a permanent coma and his present wife and my son had to make the decision to remove him from life support. After his burial I met with his wife to give her CD’s of the Military burial service that my son and I had paid for. At that meeting she told me the Navy and Civil Service were sending her forms for the death benefits. She was sure she was going to be awarded them. I told her the Navy and Civil Service had copies of the court order since 1987 and their own attorneys would review the court order and make the determination. I must admit I was a little nervous about it as she and her husband had dragged me into court for every little thing in the past and I felt she might delay the process by hiring an attorney to contest it. I am very happy and extremely grateful in telling you that your court order protected me (and my son, should I have the expense of needing a health care facility in the near future ). I suspect you don’t have many clients who come back and “Thank You” For protecting their future. I appreciate the professional wisdom you have to protect your clients.

I was a client of Ms. Snider. Well, in actuality, I met with her exactly twice. Once initially, and then once more when she cornered me about paying my bill. I hired her because I thought she had what it would take to fight my X and his offensive attorney. Had she actually spent any time at all on my case, the outcome might have been different. Instead, I was handed off to other attorneys and was billed for every paperclip, and every email, phone call etc. Other offices are not like that. After a few months I exhausted my retainer and was far from complete. I was billed when attorneys spoke to one another about my case, and I wasn't even there to discuss their decision to act upon something that wasn't necessary. The billing is outrageously unfair. Many other attorneys' are just as good but don't charge you exorbitant fees. Why hire a great attorney, if she isn't the one you will ever get to work on your case? She said there "will be a team". But she never knew a thing about my case, and the "team" concept is just another way to double and triple bill all at the same time. You are paying extra, not saving. Find an attorney who will answer the phone and handle your case himself or herself.

I have found the Law Offices of Beatrice Snider to be the best regarded family law firm in Southern California. You should have seen the look on the face of both Mediators (prior to resorting to litigation) when I informed them of my consulting attorneys identity. When forced to litigate, Beatrice Snider did such a great job that the excess support I had previously agreed to in mediation, was reduced enough to cover my attorney fees and costs. I came to Ms. Snider’s office initially because my friend’s recommendation was so strong. He admitted that he had mad a huge mistake by not hiring her in his divorce because her fees seemed too high at the time. In the end, he spent more money and vastly more time with others to achieve an inferior result in his own divorce case. I found that amongst her staff, Beatrice Snider strategizes and appoints the most appropriate team for the specific case. For me that was Christine Sickler and Anita McCloud. Their expertise and diligence really paid off. In turn, I referred a friend to no avail because his ex-wife shrewdly consulted with Ms. Snider simply to conflict to her out of the case. Ultimately when the time came for my own son’s case, Ms. Snider had my strongest endorsement.

BEWARE!!! My divorce took more than 6 years with Beatrice's firm. She lured me in and said everything would be taken care of and proceeded to "charge it up" for the next SIX YEARS! Please think twice about using Beatrice (you won't even get her after you sign). And the best part about my case is that I lost everything. What a waste of time, effort, and money.
