Great local company with a professional yet pleasant and relaxed disposition. They did a thorough job of my trust package thinking through every step and helping me understand terms and concepts. We met on Zoom a couple of times and in the office (which is easy access to the freeway in a nice North San Diego County - Rancho Bernardo location).

Gerald prepared our family trust a couple of years ago and both my wife and I really appreciated his thoroughness in explaining and stepping us through everything. His expertise was evident, but maybe just as importantly, we got a vibe of genuineness that made us feel very comfortable working with him.
More recently, my father passed away, prompting a number of questions and issues with which I approached Gerald. He was very, very helpful in giving me guidance and I can't say enough about how much I appreciated his empathy and patience.

Jerry helped my wife and I with a living trust. We found him through the SD Sheriff's Association legal department. Superb reference. We later added another property to the Trust and went through a home refi. He assisted every step of the way ensuring the trust was kept secure. Responds to emails the same day and occasionally within minutes. Recommendation is that you consult with him before making some, not so smart financial decisions. We will continue to use him for all of our real estate needs.
