My wife and I had a consumer protection issue with Home Depot regarding a flooring installation. We found Gerald through our ARAG group legal services. We provided Gerald with all the details and he jumped right in to handle the issue. We were requesting a formal complaint letter to be sent to Home Depot corporate office. Gerald was very personable, didn't promise we would be successful, but was supportive of trying. End result was Home Depot refunded the entire amount that was asked. Communication from his office was prompt and scheduling with him was easy. We would strongly recommend Gerald to anyone looking for legal services.

Great professional estate planning services. Mr. Gerald Bohart, an estate attorney, was highly recommended to me by a trusted close relative. I subsequently made an appointment with Mr. Bohart in August of 2016 for my elderly parents (90+) to get their trust documents reviewed and updated. The updates included important changes to their durable powers of attorney and advance health care directives. It was quickly evident from speaking with Mr. Bohart that he was very professional and knowledgeable in estate planning, and just the right person we needed. Mr. Bohart was extremely gracious and patient with my parents and was also respectful and considerate of their advanced ages. Speaking distinctly and at a slower pace, he discussed various options that would satisfy their goals, ensured my parents understood what he had explained, repeating as necessary, and didn’t rush them into making quick decisions. My parents and I felt very comfortable working with Mr. Bohart and we were confident his advice and recommendations were in the best interest of my parents. Following a couple of versions back and forth over email to iron out details, the final documents were prepared, signed and notarized. Little did we realize his legal work on my parent’s behalf would be so important so soon. Just three months later, my father suffered a heart attack. Thanks to Mr. Bohart, my parent’s documents were in order, and enabled our family to make health and financial decisions to care for my father. Happily, my father survived and is recovering, but our family is fortunate that we had the prior benefit of legal counsel from Mr. Bohart. Our confidence in Mr. Bohart was tested and proven. We certainly recommend Mr. Bohart as a professional who provides valuable legal advice and essential estate planning services. As a result of my parent’s outstanding experience with Mr. Bohart, I plan to consult with Mr. Bohart for all future estate planning needs.

Mr. Bohart handled my personal, as well as my corporate, bankruptcy matter. His work was so thorough that only one court appearance was required for each matter. This was impressive to me because, in watching other matters in the hearing rooms, it was clear that most of the time return trips were necessary.
