My husband I worked with Sotera for our Estate Planning/Trust. She made the process so easy for us. We had many questions and Sotera answered each one, with her knowledge, compassion and love for what she does, we were able to make the plan for not just ours, but our children's future. Where do I start about Sotera Anderson. I had a problem with my new motorcycle and called several Attorneys. The Attorneys office I spoke with said they didn’t think could win but fill out paper work and email it to them. I finally found Sotera Anderson and spoke to her directly. I should note that the other Attorneys I called I only spoke to office people, but with Sotera I spoke to her directly. I had some small hurdles to over come but Sotera guided me alone the way even though at that point she hadn’t taken my case yet. Sotera was very patient and when the time was right Sotera took my case and went head on with the manufacturer and dealership ultimately wining my case and I received a brand new motorcycle. Sotera Anderson woke me up from Chrysler's Lemon nightmare! I had an ongoing battle with Chrysler for two years about my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid, which broke down NINE times, several times at intersections and once on the 10 freeway as giant trucks whizzed by inches away. While my van clearly fit the criteria of a Lemon in the state of California, Chrysler was obstructive, nasty and generally awful about the endless repairs and my eventual attempt to get them to take the van back. I contacted an attorney here in Los Angeles after I had brought the van in for service 6 times and Chrysler had 4 times rejected my Lemon Law case, but this man didn't think I had a case! I am not an attorney and I had no interest in investing more time and energy into this mess, and frankly I was getting depressed, but instead of selling it a loss, I tried one last time and found Ms Anderson on an online search. To my great relief, she was immediately responsive, sympathetic and helpful. It took another year as Chrysler took every possible evasion tactic to avoid taking responsibility, and 3 more terrifying breakdowns, but Chrysler did take back the van and left me at a $0 balance. Sotera also negotiated that they not deduct mileage and other sneaky anti-consumer loopholes that the automotive industry has legislated for themselves over the years. They also payed Ms Anderson, so I didn't have to pay out more injury toward this insult. Some people have asked why I didn't sue for more, but I'm not litigious and I'm just glad it's over. Breaking even was more than I had expected given the runaround that Chrysler had taunted me with for over a year. Ms Anderson was helpful, patient and supportive through this entire process. She laid out the process in a clear, non-jargoney way, and made it clear what documentation she needed and she kept up to date on the payments I had to continue making so that the settlement would be accurate. She kept me updated on the progress and back-and-forth with Chrysler, and it was a happy day indeed when the settlement was finalized and I had the van towed (Surprise! It wouldn't start for the 10th and final time!) to the dealership and was given a check for the money I had paid Chrysler. After battling Chrysler for a year on my own it was clear that I could not have had a successful outcome by myself, and I enthusiastically recommend Sotera's services.

I highly recommend Sotera Anderson if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of buying or leasing a lemon. She was very professional and responsive. I live in San Diego. I had a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi, which was the initial year this car was made with a new variable transmission.
