Sotera did our estate and trust. She was incredibly thoughtful and thorough when going over all the details and making sure our children were at the forefront of our decisions. We feel completely confident that our kids will be taken care of in any case that comes up. She was very easy to work with and although continued to follow up with us on our deliverables, she was extremely patient and understanding. Did you know the CA Lemon Law applies to motorcycles, too? I hired Sotera to represent me after my brand new motorcycle kept breaking down. The bike was repaired at the dealership multiple times for the same problem, and I no longer felt safe commuting to work with it. After voicing my safety concerns and getting the run-around from the dealership and the manufacturer, I felt defeated -- I was stuck with an unsafe bike, which I didn't feel right selling to anyone else, either.
