I was having a continuous problem with my ECM on my 2019 Chevy Silverado when I was referred by a buddy to Doug. Doug is AMAZING! I rarely leave reviews so when I do, I mean them! He handled my case perfectly from start to finish and I absolutely appreciated his patience with me during my times of frustration towards the end of the case. I honestly will go back to him in the future if I have any issues again with brand new cars. I had a 2021 Nissan Rogue that developed issues after 5k miles and the entire process was easy for me and stress free. I purchased a lemon car and worked with a lawyer for over two months who did not seem to think I had a case and hardly would get back to me. My family law attorney was having trouble getting my ex-husband served with a wage garnishment order due to his place of employment.
