Mr. Tsimberg helped me through a very difficult weekend. Not knowing all the legal ins and outs myself, he was very helpful in quelling some of my fears and giving me hope regarding the restraining order process. If but for the distance, I would hire Mr. Tsimberg in a heart beat. As it is, I would recommend him highly for consultation regarding any immediate legally concerns.

Dimitry helped me a lot with closing an international transaction in between me and an American antiquities collector. He studied and found solutions in the complex matter of antiquities import regulations of the United States and Europe and made a solid contract. I retained Dimitry for a misdemeanor that I was wrongly accused of. (I know, they all say that) Dimitry walked me through the process ultimately having my case dismissed. WhenI retained Dimitry as my lawyer, he seemed great over the phone, so we signed a contract based on prepaid trust account. I thought I could trust him and there wouldn’t be invoices regarding attorneys fees without prior explanation. Everything went fine until I learned that Dimitry was playing very much his own game behind my back. Although I received emails from him constantly, he was hiding a few important things regarding my case. When I found out, I asked via email what was going on and his attitudes changed immediately. He didn’t take any responsibility and I started to receive rude emails from him. I fired him and asked a refund but he ignored my request. Furthermore, when he found out that I was going to fire her, she emailed me a fake invoice despite our ‘prepaid’ contract. I filed a complaint The State Bar and retained a new attorney. A few weeks later my new attorney received a long email from Dimitry , saying nasty stuff about me. It’s best to avoid him from my experiences

In February of this year (2010), a trustee’s sale notice was posted on my front door. My home was being foreclosed, the sale date was just three weeks away. I was about to become another statistic in the huge foreclosure crisis that has shaken this nation. After dragging its feet for several months, the bank had turned down my request for a loan modification and by then I owed $25000 in arrears. The only option appeared to be bankruptcy. This was when I turned to Attorney Dimitry Tsimberg for help. After a very thorough review, he wrote a lengthy letter to the bank detailing errors it had made in the modification calculations as well as in the foreclosure process. Much to my relief, the trustee’s sale was postponed and the bank agreed to review the modification documents. About a month later, Dimitry called me with the good news that the bank had agreed to a trial modification. Thanks to Dimitry, I have my home and a very affordable mortgage payment. My interest rate is down to 2%. After 5 years it will go up – but no more than 4%. My experience with Dimitry is that he is very thorough in analyzing a case and honest and upfront about what he can and cannot do for you. Once he takes your case, you have a bulldog on your side!
