I think the monthly webinars are an excellent way to establish contact and stay in touch with clients. The information is very worthwhile. My only wish is that you cut some of the repartee and spend more time on the meat of the topics. And perhaps cover more topics.

Good, thorough presentations relevant to all our concerns regarding end of life decisions. I like the fact that they continually update what we should know and present in a way understandable to me. In addition, they provide backup printed material outlining their points in the presentation.
